Please send your phone(s) to us for repair as soon as you can. Let us know if there will be a significant delay or any other problems.

For cordless phones: Please do not include the battery, belt clip or charger stand.
We try to keep track of and return any extra items but we cannot guarantee this. We do not need these items to repair your phone and it is better if you do not send them.

SHIPPING - DO NOT USE PADDED ENVELOPES OR SHIPPING BAGS! These provide almost no protection!!! We recommend USPS Priority Mail for shipping. Free boxes are available at your local post office. Choose a larger box so there is room for padding.  We have received several ripped and empty envelopes!

We test all features, however it is always helpful to include good problem descriptions when you can so we know where to focus our efforts.

 * Left side dim LCDs mean the LCD is wearing out and would need to be replaced to fix the problem. Replacement LCDs are not included in the repair price. We have a limited stock on both new and good used LCDs and cannot replace all dim LCDs. If your LCD is extremely bad we may replace it (by your request only) for an extra charge of $20 for used and $30 for new.  We do have a way to adjust the contrast slightly and this can improve some dim LCDs at no extra cost.
