Our lifetime keypad warranty
covers the buttons on your telephone for the useful life of
the phone. The useful lifetime is defined by at least 3 years
after we discontinue repair service for the phone or the year
2012 whichever is later.
The lifetime keypad warranty does not cover any
other problems or failures that would not be repaired by replacing the keypad
and cleaning the phone's circuit board. If there is damage to the circuit board
or other components a new keypad cannot fix the problem.
Under no circumstances do we offer advanced replacements or pay for
shipping defective phones back to us for warranty repair. However, we take good
care of our customers! If we find a warranty problem was a direct result of a
mistake we made we do compensate the customer in some way. This cannot be
determined until the item is returned for our inspection.
