card or PayPal for payment. This dramatically simplifies the entire
repair process including order logging, order tracking,
customer contact, processing and shipping. Asking questions
over email provides an easy way for our customers to
communicate directly with the technician working on their
phones (and vice versa) without disrupting the daily flow or
involving a third person as a go-between. It completely
eliminates 'phone tag' and also creates a standard and uniform
path for every detail of the repair process from start to
finish.

technicians have been involved in the repair industry for over

living is low. UPS, FedEx, and of course... US mail all

Warranty
- We offer a 90 day warranty
(optional 1 year upgrade) on all repairs that covers any
problem*, not just what we repaired.
*Warranty does
not cover lightning, abuse, shipping damage or items not
covered under the standard repair price.
